One Longfellow Square and Whitney Art Works present an exciting new collaboration in with a Wednesday Night Film Series. Each month cites a new theme, illustrated by films – Hollywood and alternative -- through the decades. Film Nights will often include discussions and/or short features which will supplement the film or the month’s theme. April 2008 will feature the theme of ROAD TRIPS in films – Pee Wee's Big Adventure, High Tide, and The Straight Story.
In Pee Wee's Big Adventure (1985) Pee Wee Herman, in a way that only he can, sets off on a wild cross country journey to recover his beloved bicycle.
