An exhibition of 60 photographs of artist Georgia O'Keeffe, along with 18 of her own works, opens Thursday at the Portland Museum of Art.
The exhibition is titled ''Georgia O'Keeffe and the Camera.'' It includes photographs by Ansel Adams, Alfred Stieglitz, Eliot Porter, Todd Webb and Arnold Newman. Also on display will be examples of O'Keeffe's paintings and works on paper that mark major moments in the development of her art, the most famous of which is associated with New Mexico and the Southwest.
