The mouthwatering hot buffet includes shrimp, scallops and haddock with cognac cream, roast sirloin of beef au poivre, roasted leg of lamb with fresh mint au jus, sliced rosemary ham, Atlantic salmon, and wild mushroom stuffed breast of chicken. Dessert is a chocolate extravaganza with assorted truffles, triple fudge mini cookies, fudge cake, and mini pastries all surrounding a molten chocolate fountain.
