What could be more fun than watching the chefs prepare your meal, as we did last night at Fore Street? The open kitchen format is a real bonus for those of us who love the culinary arts. Fore Street features items cooked in a wood fired oven. The wood fired mussels are not to be missed. The sauce in which the mussels are cooked is a meal in itself, sopped up with the ultimate in crusty breads. We were told that the menu changes DAILY, reflecting the freshness of items in the market place. It took us a week to get a reservation, but the wait was well worth it. We found the wait staff to be enthusiastic and very interested in our pleasure. And we were pleased!
